Where can I find Japanese food ingredients?

Where in Utah County (or surrounding area) would I be able to find Japanese cooking ingredients such as miso paste, dashi soup base (either the powder or kelp for making the base) and things like gyoza wrappers?Where can I find Japanese food ingredients?
it's kind of funny, but if there's a ralph's where you live, you can try that out. i'm not sure how different utah and ca. are in terms of what they sell at markets, but i went to my local ralph's store and they had a separate oriental aisle that sold mirin, jasmine rice, and there's probabaly a big chance that they sell the things you need as well.



scope out the neighborhood for some asian markets. you can even find some korean markets carrying japanese goods, or vice versa.

If you have a local Japanese restaurant, you can ask them.

BTW, gyoza is actually Chinese ... not that it makes any difference! And don't forget the rice vinegar, shoyu and chilli oil!!! YUM!

I prefer the Asian markets but if you happen to have a Central Market you might want to check with them.
