Weird News Post About Tsunami ( kinda )?

Fire Damages St. Petersburg Japanese Restaurant

Wednesday, March 03, 2010 7:40:14 AM.

\A new St. Petersburg restaurant caught fire Wednesday morning, according to Pinellas County EMS.

Firefighters were called out to the Tsunami Japanese Steakhouse located in the 2100 block of Tyrone Boulevard N. around 5 a.m/

If you look it says St. Petersburg, Wednesday morning, March 3rd, 5 a.m, Tsunami and 2100 if you go look at the 2100 calendar it will show March 3rd as a Wednesday. Also St. Petersburg is on the coast of the baltic sea. Is this weird to you? Kinda freaked me out.|||Not so weird, once you look at it. "Tsunami" is just part of the name of the restaurant, which happens to be located in St. Petersburg, which is in turn located on the coast of the Baltic Sea. None of that means there was an actual tsunami **in** the Baltic Sea.

Granted, though, an actual tsunami in the Baltic Sea would be an unusual event. The Baltic has a narrow, convoluted opening to the rest of the Atlantic Ocean, so it's highly unlikely that it would be affected by a tsunami originating from the outside. A tsunami in the Baltic would have to be the result of something that happened right in the area.
