Out to dinner for birthday... what to wear?

My sister's birthday is this Saturday, and a big group of us are going to a Japanese steakhouse to celebrate. What should I wear? I haven't seen my sister since this past summer, so I want to look nice. Any ideas on what to wear?|||I think if it is at a Japanese steakhouse, I'm assuming it is going to be dressy casual. If it is cold you can pair it with a cardigan and leggings or stockings.|||ik that i dont have a pic or anything lol but just wear like a cute skirt maybe and a cardigan ( a cute one ) lol and leggings but if thats too fancy for that restarant( i dont go to those kind of resterants ) ask ur sis wat shes gonna wear or if u cant find like a skirt wear nice jeans and a dressy-ish shirt
