Are there any other traditional japanese breakfast egg dishes beside onsen tamago and tamagoyaki?

i'm doing a thing for home economics and we have to make a breakfast dish out of egg and i wanted to do a japanese one, but we get graded on the difficulty, so i've researched a bit and can only find rolled omelet which seems a bit easy and then there's onsen tamago but I don't have a store nearby that supplies bonito flakes for the dashi stock, so i was wondering if there are any other traditional japanese breakfast egg dishes.|||Do you have an Asian store where you live? You might be able to find dashi stock POWDER. You might even find dashi stock powder in the Asian aisle at a normal supermarket. Just dilute it according to the package directions.

There are two other Japanese recipes, both of whose recipes main ingredients are eggs. They're not typically breakfast foods, but they might interest you. I lived in Japan for a year, and found both of these foods to be quite delicious.

Chawanmushi (Japanese egg custard)

Oyakodon (also known as 'oyako donburi'; egg, chicken and onions over rice)
