Bloody Diarrhea First Time PLEASE HELP?

OK so 25 minutes ago I took a crap, and it was normal, the same as any other day.





Then as i was trying to release gas, about 15 minutes ago, i released a little diarrhea, to my horror it was blood red





This is the first time this has ever happened to me, and somthing worth noting -


2 days ago i had a japanese steakhouse dinner, where i had lobster and shrimp - somthing did not settle with me that dinner and every time i took a bite of the lobster my entire body became very very hot, to the point where i started sweating, and i felt like i would need to throw up - but i didnt throw up i just sat through it





please help me understand what is going on right now i am very very worried





- i feel completely normal right now|||The two most likely possibilities are:


1] You have a hemorrhoid, and the stress from the diarrhea made it break and bleed. This is not a dangerous condition.


2] You got some germs or toxins from your meal, which caused you to have diarrhea with blood in it. This could make you sick, but is not likely to be life-threatening. You should recover just fine.


Now for the least likely:


3] You have cancer in your colon, which is bleeding.


If you go to a doctor, s/he may want to do a colonoscopy to see whether you have cancer or not. However, if you can verify that you have an external or internal hemorrhoid, or simply got sick with gastritis ["stomach flu," but it isn't really a flu] or food poisoning, I think you can skip the colonoscopy.|||Go to the er! If you feel ok call the doc asap in the am!!!
