It will be fine . I have used Nori in some of my Italian dishes and replaced the spinach in my enchiladas with it . The taste alters the dish , but I like Nori and if you do as well you won't notice .Yo Japanese cooks- I want to make dashi can i substitude nori for the kombu? I ran out of it?
