Throw Away Miso Paste (with Dashi) After Power Outage?

Hi guys,



I had a power outage today and had to throw away most of the food in my fridge. I had a packet of Miso Paste (with Dashi Stock and Bonito) in the fridge. I was wondering if I have to throw that away too.



I know that Miso Paste itself could be kept for a long time even in the cupboard. However, mine does have Dashi in it. I don't know if it is therefore more vulnerable.



BTW, Dashi = Fish Stock



Should I throw it away?

Miso paste has so much salt that it can last for a long time. Even with dashi, I would not toss it. The miso will preserve it.
