SOME JAPANESE PLEASE SEEEEEE.?

Can musubi kombu be used as dashi stock?

If can, how many should i put and with how much water? -how to cook it?|||No

dashi is bonito (tuna) that is usually dried and steeped in hot water to make a fish stock

musubi kombu is dried seaweed, and doesn't taste anything like dashi|||Kombu is usually boiled along with bonito to flavor dashi, but without the bonito you won't get much of anything from boiling it.
