Is there a msg free hon dashi fish stock?

im looking for a japanese fish stock that has no msgIs there a msg free hon dashi fish stock?
Why?

MSG was completely harmless when it was called "Seasoning Salt", but as soon as the FDA required (in the 70's, I think) that it be called by its chemical name, "mono-sodium glutamate", people developed a problem with it! It's nonsense. Do you eat anything with tomatoes in it? There is more (naturally occurring!) MSG in tomatoes than in almost any other food, but you never hear of "Italian Restaurant Syndrome", do you?
It's very easy to make your own dashi, it just requires bonito flakes and kombu kelp. I found both at Whole Foods, and if there is a Japanese store or a grocery store with an Asian section near you, you can probably find it too!

Here is the recipe I reference when making it: http://www.nsknet.or.jp/~tomi-yasu/recip鈥?/a>

Beau, while I personally don't have any problems with MSG, some people do have allergies. You may want to consider that.Is there a msg free hon dashi fish stock?
