I have already been to the Kababayan-ko Asian market on Eastern Ave. and the selection wasn't very large. Some specific ingredients I'm looking for are: Dashi (one of the main ingredients in miso soup, it is a seaweed broth to state it simply) and a selection of Japanese snack foods would be nice. dashi is dried seaweed. You can purchase it almost any grocery store.

none in henderson i know of, there's a big asian shopping center at desert inn and jones, there's a huge asian grocery store there.
