So I have dashi granules at home, so I would prefer to use those for instead of bonito flakes, etc, just to try it out. So does anyone have a quick recipe for a broth for udon noodles?Quick Udon Noodle Broth?
UDON BROTH
4 C water
1 tsp dashi granules
3 TB soy sauce
2 TB mirin
2 TB sake (rice wine)
Bring water to boil, add dashi to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients.
