I have seen some questions here similar to this but the answers were only copycat recipes. I would like to know if ANYONE knows the EXACT recipe for both Yummy Yummy and Goody Goody Sauce that they make over at Arigato's Japanese Steakhouse in Tampa, Florida. I will appreciate answers from anyone, but I prefer that an actual Arigato's Chef answers this. I know it will be difficult because the sauce is a closely guarded secret, but I have a way of knowing if a real Arigato's Chef is answering or not b/c I already know the copycat recipes by heart for over 10 different websites and copycat chefs. I just know that Horseradish is used somehow in either recipe and that was not shown in the recipes I have seen so far. Thank you so much for being patient with my question and I can't wait to see what the REAL answer is! Thank you!|||If anyone DID know the EXACT recipe, and they published it online, they would most likly be sued by the restaurant. That is why you find "close" recipes.
It's called a business. They do not make money if you can cook it exactly the same at home. That is why you GO to their business, because no one else makes it as good...|||I am sure you could of figured that one our for yourself...hopefully the next person will reply with a useful answer.

LOL, I've been trolling for years for the recipe for Yummy sauce and you are correct, it does include horseradish... spoke to someone who worked there years ago but does not remember the recipe.... Guess we still have to try to find some of the old staff that would be willing to share... Their sauce was the best... over the ginger soy sauce, does nothing for me
