How do I get to San Francisco Airport from the San Francisco Shopping Center?

Because flights are crazy expensive, I'm trying to take a train from Eugene, OR to San Francisco Airport and fly home from there (Orange County). What is the best way to do this? I was told to go to the Shopping Center and then take the bart to the airport from there. Is this the best way?

Any advice helps! I'm lost over here.

Thank you!

Thanks!|||The Shopping center - San Francisco Centre is connected to BART and the station is called Powell Street, If you take the Outbound train to SFO that will connect you directly to the SFO airport. Really easy - no transferring trains. Its safe.|||Just to clarify the good advice you've received already:

You can either

take the train to Emeryville, then take the shuttle into SF to the Westfield Mall stop, then go into the center which connects directly to a BART station, take it to the airport.

OR

A much easier trip: take Amtrak to the Oakland Coliseum station. It's about 500 feet from the BART station, and you can then take that to the airport. You'll need to transfer at the Balboa Street station to the Airport train. Just ask a BART agent for assistance.|||Why didn't you just take the train all the way to Los Angeles? It's the same train that continues.

When you get off the Amtrak train at Emeryville, you will need to take Amtrak's shuttle bus into San Francisco. From there you can take BART to the airport.|||Sounds reasonable to me. Taking the bus is probably the least expensive way of getting to the airport.|||SF Shopping Center is connected to the Powell Street Bart Station. You can take BART from there to SFO for about $8.50, a 30 minute trip.

http://www.bart.gov|||I think it is called Westfield Shopping Centre. Take the BART underground at Powell and Market to the airport.
