How Much Weight Will I Lose?

right now i'm 16 years old, 5'1'' and 140 pounds. how much weight will i lose if i eat something like this:


breakfast: 1/4 C vegan sausage + 2 stalks celery + 1/4 C red bell pepper


snack: 1/2 apple


lunch: salad (romaine, bell pepper, celery, cucumber, etc) with oil and vinegar + 1 C vegetable broth with Textured Vegetable Protein


snack: 1/2 apple + small handful almonds or pecans or walnuts


dinner: 1 boca burger, salad and 1/2 C black beans





my workouts will be at least 1 hour every day (about 45 minutes cardio, 15 minutes weight training).








so yeah. how much weight will i lose in like a week?











thanks in advance.|||it depends everyone is different..but id say if you stick to that you will lose quite a bit..oh and if you weight 140 i dont think you need to loose a whole lot of weight so be safe about your diet.|||If you want to be healthy, and lose weight, as well as have a good body, then you should really consider becoming a vegetarian or a meat eater. But if this isn't a possibility, then this sounds like a diet in which you will lose weight, but how much really depends on your metabolism.|||well this is completely unhealthy. if you did lose weight.. you'd gain it right back because you're depriving your body of many nutrients and you're excercising excessively. it's not good at all to crash diet.








A.) you only need 20-30 minutes of cardio a day.


B.) make sure you drink lots of water


C.) eat lots of protein (peanut butter, eggs, etc).|||u need more nutrition a day.


add more protien.


Eggs, Peanut butter.





And some milk, low-fat yogurt, cottage cheese..





You need to eat more or it will literally screw ur metabalism up!

im 15 and i weigh 135lbs and im 5'3 im working on weight loss,


i used to be 173lbs in december so its working...





i just skipped junk stuff and ate lottza healthy stuff.





excerised more.....





now im counting calories....





weight loss isnt that hard...just try to be active ...and eat less...but dont starve like ur doing!!!!!!!!!
