A longer cotton skirt (hits right above your knees) and a tank top is probably best. Don't wear anything too short, or you will not be able to dance! Don't wear jeans; you will be too hot.
Since it's an electronic music festival, you should probably wear something bright/shiny/glittery. Bring lots of glowsticks! Put them in your hair! Put glitter on your face and your body.

For shoes, don't wear heels or anything you don't want to get dirty! Chacos, crocs or other sandals would be the best.
It really doesn't matter what you wear to music festivals.
