Walking in NYC at Night ?

Hi i am wondering how safe is NYC after midnight. I am going to Electric Zoo on labor day weekend and the festival ends around 11-12pm every day (its 3 days). The ferry will take us to 35st and we need to walk to pennstation from the port. What street do you guys reccomend walking on after midnight? I was planning on walking on 34st to pennstation. Thanks|||Omg its not a big deal. I lived in new york at a teenager and I walked in manhattan at midnight all the time...If you torrist are really scared of our city dont walk on 96th steet in harlem and you will be fine|||34th is a pretty busy major street 24/7, and should be safe
