Will This Help Me Lose Weight?

does this sound like a good diet?





breakfast:


*smoothie with fresh squeezed orange, grapefruit and lemon juice, frozen strawberries and banana


*1/2 cup of silk plain soy yogurt





morning snack:


*6 almonds





lunch:


*1/2 cup of chickpeas with balsamic vinegar and italian spices


*2 stalks of celery





afternoon snack:


*soup with vegetable broth, textured vegetable protein, celery and carrots


*smoothie with silk unsweetened soymilk, frozen strawberries and hershey's unsweetened chocolate powder





dinner:


*boca burger


*salad with romaine, soybeans and maybe some bell pepper








total calories: 1038


total fat: 27g


total carbs: 149g


total fiber: 50g


total protein: 63g








i'll also be taking a multivitamin every morning and drinking at least 64oz of water each day.








so yeah, is that healthy? how much weight will i lose? if it helps, right now i'm 16 years old, 5'2'' and 144 pounds.
