I am looking for a way to emulsify TVP so that I can squeeze it out of a tube like device. Does any Vegan cooks know what food additive can be used to make this possible without changing the flavor?|||Maybe soak it in vegetable stock, drain it and then put it through a blender. My mind is boggling as to why you would want to!|||Thank you for you answer but that does not work. I already soak the TVP in vegetable stock to add flavor, but need to emulsify it.

|||Since TVP is usually made from soy, you might try using tofu instead. You'll have to flavor it, but there are chicken style seasoning and beef style seasonings available to add to it.
