here's my plan:
breakfast: protein shake (unsweetened soy milk, soy protein powder)
snack: mini box of raisins
lunch: salad (spinach, cucumbers, broccoli, onion, carrots) with balsamic vinegar
snack: fruit salad
dinner: soup (low sodium veggie broth and textured vegetable protein)
and i'll be drinking about 5-6 bottles of water each day
717 calories, 13g fat, 23g fiber, 65g protein
Exercise Plan:
*MORNING: 20 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on bike, 15 minutes jogging (burning about 300 calories)
*AFTERNOON: 60 minutes walking, 15 minutes jogging, 15 minutes elliptical (burning around 400 calories)
*EVENING: 60 minutes ZUMBA (3x a week), 30 minutes jogging and 30 minutes on elliptical and 15 minutes on the bike (the other 4 days), zumba will burn around 300 calories, the jogging/elliptical/bike will burn around 500-600 calories
how much weight can i lose by next saturday if i stick to this?|||Just so you know, it's only healthy to lose about 1-2 lbs of fat per week. Any more than that isn't recommended for long-term health or creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
