Last night I had meatballs made of soy and textured vegetable protein. I often have soy nuggets. I know tofu is made of soy somehow and so is Tempeh... so what do they make fake meat out of?
what;s the difference between the 3? (Tempeh, Tofu and whatever meatless meat is made of)|||no, they are highly processed and have a lot more chemicals
